Job summary

Riverdale Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and direct all nursing functions within the facility. The role requires an active Colorado RN license and a track record of nurse management experience in a skilled nursing environment.

BSN is preferred, with emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care. The Director of Nursing will coordinate with nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
• Minimum of 7 years nurse management experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education/licensing requirements.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered, license to practice as an RN in Colorado
• Minimum of 7 years nurse management experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing facility experience a plus!
• Excellent communication skills
• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred (BSN).
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain all required continuing education/licensing requirements at all times.
• On-Call rotation, and some flexibility on the schedule

Rate: $120,000-$130,000/year
