Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Full-Time Program Director for our Covington, Louisiana program. This leadership role oversees client treatment planning, clinical supervision of staff, and program quality management, including finances and operations.

The ideal candidate holds a license and/or advanced degree in mental health or rehabilitation with at least five years of brain injury rehab experience and a minimum of three years of supervisory experience, plus strong leadership and

Qualifications

• License or advanced degree in mental health or rehabilitation required or preferred.
• Five+ years of brain injury rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required.
• Superior planning, organizational, writing, speaking and time management skills.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee admissions, discharges and client issues within budgetary constraints.
• Meet with Regional VP of Clinical Operations to discuss program and personnel issues.
• Ensure compliance with Collage policies and procedures.
• Analyze data to improve operations and clinical effectiveness.
• Oversee program evaluation, quality assessment, and timeliness of tasks.
• Approve program expenses, purchases, and maintenance.
