Remote, U.S. | $90,000–$120,000 Base + 20% Bonus (Uncapped)
Group Sales | Multi-Property Role (3 Hotels) | Financial Market Focus
We’re seeking a high-performingDirector of National Accountsto drive group sales strategy across a portfolio ofthree full-service hotels. This is a remote position focused on theNortheast U.S., ideally based in or nearBoston, NYC, Philadelphia, or Connecticut.
This individual contributor role is ideal for someone with strong relationships infinancial services, fintech, pharma, insurance, and manufacturing sectors, who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow group business across three hotels within the assigned territory.
Focus on strategic markets includingfinance, fintech, pharma, insurance, Wall Street, and manufacturing.
Build strong relationships with corporate planners, third-party agencies, and industry partners in key Northeast markets.
Work collaboratively with property sales teams, the Area Director of Group Sales, and the VP of Sales.
Leverage Marriott systems and processes to maximize conversion and brand alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years ofGroup Sales experiencewithin full-service or lifestyle hotel environments.
Strong preference forMarriottbrand experience.
Deep knowledge of theNortheast U.S. market, especiallyBoston, NYC, Jersey, Philly, and Connecticut.
Demonstrated success managing high-yield corporate accounts in financial or regulated industries.
Independent, highly organized, and revenue-focused – this is anindividual contributorrole with no direct reports.
Experience with luxury hotel brands is a plus.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary:$90,000–$120,000 USD
Bonus:20% (Uncapped)
Remote flexibility with travel as required
