Job summary

The Catholic Diocese of Arlington seeks a Director for the Office of Multicultural Ministries to oversee programs, budgets and events serving diverse ethnic communities within the Diocese. You will collaborate with priests and diocesan offices to strengthen cultural expressions of faith and unity.

Five years’ diocesan ministry experience, strong supervisory and budgeting skills, and a deep commitment to Catholic formation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully initiated and practicing Catholic with active sacramental life.
• Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and diverse cultures and traditions.
• Strong written and oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan, develop, manage, and evaluate programs with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with ethnic communities to support identity and connections across parishes.
• Plan, organize, and lead liturgical celebrations and Office events.
• Collaborate with diocesan offices to advance multicultural ministry.
• Oversee staff, budgets, and reporting; coordinate Advisory Council activities.
