Job summary

VikingCloud seeks a Director, Product Manager for Managed Security Services to lead the GTM strategy, revenue growth, and market positioning for the MSS and endpoint security portfolios. This senior role engages with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive commercial success and differentiate VikingCloud in a competitive landscape.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will shape roadmaps, guide strategic partnerships, and align offerings with market needs across verticals including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 in commercial leadership in go-to-market, sales, or product marketing.
• Proven revenue growth in MSS, endpoint security, or cybersecurity SaaS; SMB to enterprise experience.
• Experience serving multi-location, franchise, or distributed sites; strong vendor and channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for VikingCloud's MSS and endpoint security portfolio.
• Define target segments and pricing models; drive revenue via direct and channel.
• Lead sales enablement, playbooks, battle cards, ROI calculators.
• Engage with CISOs, CTOs and security leaders; conduct executive briefings.
• Own competitive positioning and messaging for MSS and endpoint.
• Manage partnerships with vendors, resellers, and alliances.
• Oversee product strategy and roadmap informed by market feedback.
