Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Director to lead and manage a team of Molecular Science Liaisons, delivering Caris Molecular Intelligence value to oncology clients. The director will oversee activities, training, and field performance across the U.S. and engage physicians at industry events.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders, along with travel and a driver’s license in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD or MD in relevant biological sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in pharma or clinical laboratories preferred.
• Oncology focus and scientific expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of MSLs to communicate CMI value to oncologists.
• Oversee activities, training programs, and field performance.
• Track customer interactions and prepare scientific communications.
• Represent science at physician meetings, tumor boards and conferences.
• Travel nationally; maintain license and operate in a fast-paced environment.
