Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Director to lead and manage a team of Molecular Science Liaisons, delivering Caris Molecular Intelligence value to oncology clients. The director will oversee activities, training, and field performance across the U.S. and engage physicians at industry events.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD or MD in relevant biological sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in pharma or clinical laboratories preferred.
• Oncology focus and scientific expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of MSLs to communicate CMI value to oncologists.

Job description

Role:

Lead and manage a team of Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs) to communicate Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) value to external clients, primarily in oncology. Responsibilities include overseeing team activities, developing training programs, tracking customer interactions, and representing scientific data to physicians and at industry events. The role involves acting as a scientific conduit between the medical community and Caris, supporting clinical education, and promoting CMI across the U.S., including participation in tumor boards and conferences. The Director provides strategic guidance, fosters relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and ensures MSLs stay current with oncology research.

Qualifications:

Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in relevant biological sciences; minimum 3 years of management experience.
