Delta Dental of Washington seeks a Senior Program Officer, SmileMobile to lead the Foundation’s mobile dental program and connect with community partners. This clinic-director role oversees day-to-day operations of 30–32 clinics annually, staffed by contracted clinicians and volunteers across Washington.

The position offers strong benefits including medical, dental, vision plans, 8% 401k match, and ongoing development opportunities. Salary ranges from $92,900 to $145,700 depending on experience.
