Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to lead a mobile clinical team delivering care to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings around Seattle. You will run the clinical side of a small team and hands-on participate in care delivery.

The role offers daytime Monday–Friday hours, compensation of $30–$35 per hour depending on experience, incentive pay with equity, comprehensive benefits, and a leadership role shaping how the team operates.

Formación

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, age 25+.
• Comfort working in patients’ homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
• Educate patients and their families on care and next steps.
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.

Conocimientos

Dental assistant experience

Active state DA certification
