Bon Secours Mercy Health’s West Hospital in Cincinnati seeks a Director of Mission to lead mission integration, values education, and Catholic identity across the site. This role partners with the Mission Team to foster spiritual care, ethical decision making, and heritage celebrations within a dynamic health system.

You will orient new staff, develop programs, and coordinate with Human Resources to recognize mission-driven behaviors while supporting patient-centered care and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level theology or related field required; commitment to pursuing a master’s degree within 2 years is acceptable.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in health care or not‑for‑profit organizations; faith-based leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Catholic theology and Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a Mission connection with site(s) and respond to needs from the mission perspective.
• Lead budget formulation and monitor expenditures with VP of Mission.
• Participate in market/site meetings and Mission & Values committees.
