Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Director of Mission at West Hospital. This strategic leader champions Mission and Values, coordinating education, ethics, and heritage initiatives across the site to reinforce the Catholic identity and patient-centered care.

The role requires a graduate degree in theology or related field (or progress toward one) and 2–3 years of leadership experience in health care or not-for-profit settings, with strong communication and public speaking

Formación

• Master's Degree in Theology, Religious Studies or related field or pursuing within two years
• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in health care or not-for-profit organizations
• Strong knowledge of Catholic theology and ERD for Catholic Health Care Services

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to integrate Mission and Values across sites
• Coordinate budget for Mission Department with VP of Mission
• Participate in market/site meetings and Mission-related committees
• Report monthly on projects and issues to VP of Mission
• Engage sites to support patient satisfaction and mission alignment
• Promote rituals and Catholic heritage in key celebrations
• Orient new hires and managers to Mission, culture, and ethics
• Collaborate with HR to recognize mission-aligned behaviors
• Lead Mission Committees and Heritage celebrations
