About YOU:

As Constructor's Director of Mid-Market Sales, you'll manage a team of Account Executives. You should feel responsible for your team's challenges, development, and success. Key duties include training and developing Account Executives—hiring, onboarding, ongoing sales enablement—identifying key deal inflection points, staying on top of emerging trends, and collaborating with internal teams including C-level, Engineering, and Customer Success. You'll ensure your team runs a disciplined sales process and develop/report sales pipelines to the VP of Sales. The sales cycle mimics a strategic enterprise cycle, building consensus across multiple units via a consultative, data-driven approach to help prospects evaluate our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience selling deeply technical enterprise SaaS solutions, with 2-3 years in sales management
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  • Experience managing hands-on, value-led teams within complex, strategic sales cycles
  • Ability to build consensus and urgency in customer organizations to close six- and seven-figure deals
  • Experience with 120+ day deal cycles
  • Skilled negotiator with experience engaging with line-of-business, procurement, senior management, and C-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales from start to finish, demonstrating product and business value to diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree required; additional training or experience in sales methodology, SaaS performance management, or applications preferred
  • Preferred: Marketing technology experience and selling to large enterprise retail brands
