Role Overview

As a Mid-Market Director, you will lead the client acquisition segment of our direct AP/AR organization through managers to drive revenue and achieve sales quotas. Your responsibilities include setting KPIs, promoting operational excellence, providing data-driven updates to leadership, fostering cross-functional collaboration, translating market insights into feedback, and developing a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven success record
  • 3+ years of experience leading managers as a Sales Director
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to all organizational levels
  • History of exceeding sales quotas and creating scalable processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools
  • Strong leadership, management, and strategic skills
  • Ability to analyze data and understand market and competitive landscapes
