FoundersCard in Spring, TX, seeks a Director of Member Experience & Lifecycle Marketing to own the member journey from sign-up through renewals. This hands-on role focuses on retention, churn risk signaling, and cross-functional fixes driven by member feedback.

The position is in-office in Spring/Houston, requiring 4 days per week at the Spring office. Strong email marketing, data-driven retention, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in retention, member or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on email marketing expertise with automated workflows
• Experience building churn-risk or health-scoring framework
• Fluency with AI tools to speed analysis and campaign production

Aufgaben

• Own lifecycle marketing programs including nurture streams and onboarding sequences
• Build retention early-warning system using behavioral signals
• Personalize interventions based on member behavior and data
• Own feedback loop with NPS/CSAT, push insights to product and partnerships
• Partner with Member Support to surface risk signals
• Track benefits performance and drive renewal-focused improvements
• Develop and analyze lifecycle email workflows from strategy to execution
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and production
