Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Mechanical Manufacturing to lead and optimize all mechanical and manufacturing functions across the organization. You will oversee controls, product development, operations, quality, procurement, safety, welding, and workforce management to achieve operational excellence.

Travel is 10-25% with a schedule of 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires a senior level leader with 15+ years of related experience or a related bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 15+ years of related manufacturing/operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Operations for a region consisting of one or more production facilities.
• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Operations team – leadership as well as front-line operators.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety protocols.
• Plan and lead the operational delivery of all products and projects achieving safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Collaborate with other Operations functions to implement new products, projects, changes and operations.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions to streamline manufacturing workflows.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the organization.
• Facilitate decision making using the Choosing By Advantages (CBA) System methods.
• Drive Lean principles into daily management and related deliverables, systems, and processes.
• Facilitate adoption of new systems, processes, methods, projects through change management (ADKAR).
• Be an intellectually curious and creative thought leader with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Be an effective communicator and relentless collaborator seeking alignment across layers and functions.
• Be a key leader in developing and implementing long-range business strategy.
• Collaborate with all functions to drive overall business success.
• Support bid and proposal processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
