Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Manufacturing Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multinational operations, drive large-scale product launches, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing and operations management, 5+ years in leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel 20-40% including international assignments. Expect a schedule Monday–Friday with flexibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in multinational environments.
• Proven leader in large scale operations and manufacturing product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Travel 20-40% with some international assignments.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting standards for manufacturing programs.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives with budget adherence and quality outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple manufacturing programs.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting as required.
• Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Project Managers for NPI, capacity expansions, and new manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional manufacturing support teams to deliver outputs for product development launches.
• Support Make vs Buy decisions for manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Develop and maintain capacity plans to support long-term sales forecasts.
• Oversee integration of new capital equipment into plants with cross-functional delivery.
• Lead investigations of new technology insertions impacting manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide feedback to engineering for Design for Manufacturability improvements.
• Lead manufacturing financial objectives including CapEx, COGS, ROI strategies.
• Collaborate with regional teams for operational readiness and compliance.
• Support development of quality-tracking methodologies within manufacturing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to increase visibility of process flow and KPIs.
• Facilitate decision-making using Choosing By Advantages (CBA) methods.
• Drive Lean principles in daily management and related deliverables.
• Promote change management adoption (e.g., ADKAR).
• Be a thought leader and effective communicator with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Support bid and proposal processes as required.
• Perform other related duties as required.
