Thor is seeking a Remote Director of Mechanical Engineering to lead building and campus level designs for a global data center owner and operator. The role is remote with travel as required and offers a base compensation of $200,000–$240,000 plus a 25% bonus, with potential long-term equity.

The candidate will own designs, coordinate with design partners, manage timelines, and oversee construction administration and feasibility studies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Several years of data center design experience.
• Drafting and BIM capabilities in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Familiarity with other engineering functions (Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Structural).
• Hand on experience with drafting and spatial analysis software.

Remote Director, Mechanical Engineering required by an established, global data center owner & operator. This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Engineer with data center design experience, looking to step up in to a senior level role. This position is remote with some travel as required.

Compensation: $200k - $240k + 25% bonus. Opportunity for equity long term.

Overview:

Experience
