Tooele Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, UT seeks an experienced RN Manager to oversee the maternity unit and its sub-units, coordinating labor, delivery, postpartum and the baby nursery. You will manage budgeting, quality standards and community outreach initiatives, reporting to top management.

Required are a nursing degree (Associates or higher) and RN licensure, with 7–10 years in the field and leadership experience in maternity services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 7–10 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Experience leading maternity services and related units.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the maternity unit and all sub-units including labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum and newborn nursery.
• Coordinate activities and operations within budget and organizational standards.
• Lead and direct staff; ensure patient care quality and program outreach.
