Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Director of Master Data Operations and Services to lead enterprise Master Data Management across Customer, Vendor, and Material data. You will oversee daily SAP MDG operations, governance, and data quality while guiding a distributed team in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Master Data Management experience with deep SAP MDG expertise.
• 5+ years of people leadership, managing internal teams or providers.
• Experience leading large SAP MDG implementations.
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and product data workflows.
• Knowledge of ERP, interfaces, and downstream integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SAP master data operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Define and improve standardized master data processes for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee MDG design, governance workflows, and data quality controls.
• Manage a distributed team and align resources to priorities.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders on data governance and strategy.
• Drive data modernization, automation, and scalable MDG solutions.
