Epsilon is seeking a Director, Analytic Consulting to lead analytics engagements for paid media measurement and marketing effectiveness. You will translate complex methods into clear, client-friendly insights, drive measurement strategies, and guide onshore/offshore teams to deliver high-impact client work.

Collaborating with Data Science, Strategy, Client Services, Product, and Delivery teams, you will shape measurement approaches for paid and owned channels and help clients leverage Epsilon’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related area.
• 8+ years of hands-on analytics, data science, or digital media analytics experience.
• Experience analyzing paid media performance across programmatic, search, social, display, video, and other channels.
• Deep knowledge of audience creation, segmentation, attribution, and incrementality.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing analytics engagements for paid media measurement and marketing effectiveness.
• Define measurement strategies, KPI frameworks, and reporting expectations with clients and teams.
• Translate complex methodologies into clear insights and business guidance.
• Oversee data readiness, ingestion, and quality for audience and campaign reporting.
• Develop actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and executive narratives.
• Coach and develop analytics team members across onshore and offshore resources.
• Contribute to analytic plans, project estimates, and work scoping for delivery.
