Qualificações

• Experience with loyalty programs, direct mail, email, and digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and reporting systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre- and post-campaign analysis to executive leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
• Build relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and partners.
• Lead marketing initiatives, set priorities, and manage deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $140,000 annually with 20% annual bonus eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that increase revenue, strengthen guest loyalty, and support long-term casino growth.
• Lead customer segmentation, campaign targeting, execution, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Support loyalty programs and direct mail, email, and digital campaigns to improve guest engagement and marketing return on investment.
• Oversee guest database integrity, including security, data cleansing, and National Change of Address updates.
• Direct the analysis of player information from casino systems, data warehouses, and third-party sources to identify marketing opportunities.
• Provide pre- and post-campaign analysis and communicate findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with executive leadership and other departments to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
• Build effective working relationships with guests, Team Members, vendors, and partners.
• Lead marketing initiatives, establish priorities, and manage project deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Six to seven years of progressive experience in database marketing or analytics, including three to five years in leadership.
• Casino industry experience with customer segmentation, campaign targeting, database analytics, and performance measurement.
• Experience with loyalty programs, direct mail, email, and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management platforms, marketing automation tools, and reporting systems.
• Experience with slot player tracking, casino management, and marketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL-compliant databases, Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access.
• Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages, such as Python or JavaScript, and campaign tracking systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming Support License.
