Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, competitive intelligence, or related fields.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret external trends and market dynamics.
• Proven experience turning insights into actionable enterprise plans and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills for executive decision‑making.
• Experience leveraging AI enabled research tools to support trend analysis and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Surveils the competitive landscape and develops an independent point of view.
