Job summary

Alstom in West Mifflin is seeking a Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Director to lead scalable process improvements, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and drive operational excellence across the site.

You will partner with engineering, production, and quality teams, champion new technologies, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver on strategic manufacturing goals and robust systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive manufacturing engineering experience (8–10 years) including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, BOMs, routings, and configuration follow-up.
• Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Ensure reliability and compliance in manufacturing operations through robust systems.
• Champion innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies.
