Job summary

The Director of Manufacturing Operations will be based in the Grand Rapids, MI area and will oversee both tactical and strategic operations to ensure best-in-class customer service. The role requires leadership across purchasing, production and inside sales, driving alignment to business objectives.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field with 10+ years of proven experience in manufacturing operations and exposure to Job Shop and plastic extrusion

• Previous exposures in a Job Shop & Plastic extrusion environment a plus.
