Job summary

BMA Group Global is seeking a Director of Operations to lead Manufacturing and Packaging operations across a high-velocity environment. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning with corporate strategy and regulatory standards.

You will partner with executive leadership to optimize processes, develop budgets, and coach Operations Managers to achieve exceptional performance and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading manufacturing or production operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, production planning, and capacity optimization.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and leading through influence.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills.
