Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Director of Accounting to own manufacturing accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting. You will lead a multi-site team of 8+ and partner with Manufacturing leadership to build cost/inventory controls as production scales.

You will own standard costing, inventory valuation, and分析 variances, while ensuring US GAAP compliance, SOX readiness, and accurate monthly closes. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA or CMA required.
• 10+ years accounting experience, 5+ years in manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Proven ownership of standard costing and variance analysis in multi-site env.
• Experience with ERP manufacturing modules and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for manufacturing across multiple sites and 8+ team members.
• Own cost accounting framework, standard costing, overhead absorption, and labor rates.
• Manage inventory policy, cycle counts, and valuation for high-value components.
• Ensure timely month-end close and SOX-ready control environment.
