Mount Hermon Association, Inc. seeks a Director of Donor Growth to lead fundraising for Mount Hermon. You will cultivate major gifts, develop donor engagement plans, and manage key donor relationships.

The role requires collaboration with Senior Leaders and travel across Oregon, California, and other states, to expand the donor pipeline and revenue aligned with the ministry’s mission.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Arts preferred.
• 3-5 years with Mount Hermon or Christian camping ministry.
• Experience with donor software, preferably Salesforce.
• History building relationships with major donors.
