Family Hope Foundation is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising, grow the donor base, and ensure long-term financial sustainability. The role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with staff and the Board of Trustees to drive revenue from individuals, foundations, corporate donors, and event sponsorship.

Key responsibilities include strategic fundraising planning, donor cultivation and stewardship, and building a long-term strategy for major, planned, and endowment

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in fundraising and donor relations.
• Proven success in donor cultivation and revenue generation.
• Familiarity with donor databases / CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team.
• Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
