Job summary

Daniels Health seeks a Director of Maintenance to steer enterprise-wide maintenance and reliability strategies across the North American network. You will align with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain and Executive Leadership to build world‑class programs across multiple sites.

Lead predictive and preventative maintenance, capital projects and automation initiatives while driving asset lifecycle planning, safety, and continuous improvement. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects and reliability programs.
• Expertise with CMMS platforms, predictive maintenance and industrial automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term maintenance and reliability roadmap.
• Establish enterprise maintenance standards, governance, SOPs and KPIs.
• Lead predictive, preventative and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Drive OEE, uptime and asset utilization improvements across facilities.
• Oversee budgets, capital investment planning and ROI modeling.
• Lead major equipment upgrades and automation investments.
• Manage vendor partnerships and service performance.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance across sites.
