PPL Corporation in Allentown, PA is seeking a Director to provide enterprise-wide leadership for strategic initiatives with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and complex special projects. The Director leads the development and execution of corporate strategy through evaluation of investment opportunities, partnership structures, and transformational initiatives.

This position serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with a focus on financial analysis, valuation or a related area.
• Significant leadership experience in M&A or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading complex transactions.
• Executive communication and influencing skills.
• MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in energy or capital-intensive industries (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-level M&A strategy and pipeline development.
• Oversee transaction execution, due diligence, and valuation.
• Serve as primary interface with executives and external partners.
• Establish financial modeling and valuation standards.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations.
