PPL Corporation is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and complex special projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams across finance, accounting, tax, treasury, legal, and business development to drive transaction strategy and execution.

This hybrid, on‑site role in Allentown, PA requires strong analytical ability, executive communication, and a track record of leading large transactions.

Qualificações

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Required Experience: 10+ years of experience with a focus on financial analysis, valuation or a related area
• Significant leadership experience in M&A or corporate strategy
• Experience leading complex transactions
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Executive communication and influencing skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-level M&A strategy and pipeline development
• Oversee transaction execution, due diligence, and valuation
• Serve as primary interface with executives and external partners
• Establish financial modeling and valuation standards
