Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience with cross functional teams.
• Experience leading product and/or process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance short term needs with long-term strategy.
• Ability to challenge the status quo.
• Strong business and financial acumen to facilitate strategic planning, reviews and opportunity assessments.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence through data and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision for our enterprise and align your team to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Develop and maintain discovery and delivery backlog and roadmaps.
• Study business, users, and customers to understand needs and opportunities.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to shape priorities and feature definition.
• Work with engineering and design during discovery to validate solutions and address risks.
• Serve as Product Owner on scrum delivery teams and resolve in-sprint challenges.
• Direct supervision of Product Analysts and leadership development.
• Ensure enterprise-level product success, user adoption, and cross-team collaboration.
