Job summary

The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa in Oceanside, CA is seeking a senior sales and marketing leader to oversee the Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Catering, Events and Convention Services functions. You will develop and execute strategies to drive group, leisure, consortia, corporate, incentive, wedding, and event revenue while strengthening the resort’s luxury market position.

Responsibilities include managing proposals, contracts, quotes, forecasts, and ownership updates;

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
• Minimum three years in sales, marketing, PR, catering, or events leadership.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel, group sales, and event production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Catering, Events and Convention Services.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive group, leisure, and event revenue.
• Build relationships with travel advisors, planners, media, and partners.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, quotes, reports, and forecasts with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue, Operations and other departments.
