Job summary

Conrad New York is seeking a Director of Outlets to lead day-to-day operations across multiple hotel dining outlets, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage and managing 35–40 front-of-house Team Members.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of senior F&B leadership in luxury hotels, hands-on beverage knowledge, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of senior F&B leadership in luxury hotels.
• Hands-on leader with strong beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all restaurant operations including budgeting and cost controls.
• Define and implement guest service standards to enhance satisfaction.
• Support outlet managers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue for restaurant services.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance development.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations compliance.
