Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Merchandise Planner to build processes that support store growth across International markets.

You will partner with the Manager to deliver in-depth sales and inventory analysis, and provide recommendations to maximize profitability for Victoria’s Secret International and its Franchise Partners. In this role you’ll manage sales plans, open-to-buy, and inventory levels by market, collaborate with regional teams on trends, and drive improvements to assortment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years in analytical roles (merchandise planning, forecasting, finance, logistics).
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Access proficiency.
• Strong quantitative analysis and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales plans, open-to-buy, and inventory levels by market and format.
• Partner with regional teams to understand market trends and opportunities.
• Analyze performance to maximize growth and optimize inventory across models and markets.
• Contribute input to Monthly Planning Committee meetings for inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with Merchants to support assortment goals and launches.
• Develop and evolve planning processes for rapid international expansion.
• Drive data-driven recommendations and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams.
