Job summary

Permanent Placements LLC is expanding its Legal Recruiting division and seeks experienced recruiters or sales driven professionals with strong knowledge of the legal field to join a relationship-focused, high tenure team serving the East Coast territory.

Base salary plus commission with high earning potential: first year recruiters typically earn $100,000 to over $130,000 and established recruiters often exceed $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal recruiting.
• Experience sourcing legal talent or familiarity with law firm environments, legal support staffing, or attorney-level recruiting.
• Ideally live within the East Coast territory (SC, NC, VA, DC, MD, WV, DE) and able to build a long-term desk.
• Ability to work independently from intake through onboarding and place direct hires across various law firms.

• Source legal talent, build strong relationships, and close placements for attorneys or professional staff.
• Develop and manage a territory on the East Coast for growth and advancement.

Proven Sales Ability

This is a sales driven role. Success depends on your ability to source legal talent, build strong relationships, and close placements for attorneys or professional staff.

Legal Industry Experience

Ideal candidates bring experience in legal recruiting or familiarity with law firm environments, legal support staffing, or attorney level recruiting. Candidates should live within the East Coast territory, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, West Virginia, or Delaware, and have 5+ years of experience in legal recruiting.

Long Term Commitment
