Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in legal operations.
• 5+ years of management experience overseeing a sizable legal support team.
• Experience with paralegals, legal assistants, or law clerks.
• Experience with legal case management technology such as Litify.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 legal staff.
• Oversee workload allocation, performance reviews, and training.
• Develop and monitor team KPIs and bonus metrics.
• Partner with attorneys to ensure staffing across active matters.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the department.
