Qualifications

• 3 years of full-time experience in multi-family housing or privatized student housing marketing & leasing preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• BA/BS with focus on communication: Advertising/Marketing or related concentration.

Responsibilities

• Understand ground lease compliance guidelines for marketing and occupancy.
• Create, write, and implement Village marketing plans.
• Aim for a high leasing closing ratio and 100% occupancy.
• Maintain a database of prospective residents and marketing mailings.
