Job summary

Mac in Hyde Park, Chicago, seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing office operations and support the Leasing Director across two offices. The role includes training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth processes for resident applications and move-ins.

The position is Sunday-Thursday, 9a-6p, with a salary around $100k plus bonus potential, and a robust benefits package. The Leasing Manager will supervise staff and coordinate across offices.

Qualifications

• Four (4) to six (6) years of related training or experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Computer skills and familiarity with standard office software; Salesforce experience mentioned as preferred.

We're growing our team here at Mac! We are searching for a Leasing Manager to join our sales team here in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. This role is responsible for efficient and consistent operations of the leasing office under the supervision of the Leasing Director. They will aid, train and work with the Leasing Director to ensure smooth operations of our two offices in Hyde Park.

The typical schedule for this role is Sunday-Thursday, 9a-6p with a salary of $100k + bonus potential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four (4) to six (6) years of related training or experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Computer skills including: internet, e-mail and Microsoft Office. Previous Salesforce experience preferred.
