Job summary

Mac Properties in Chicago is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations for two Hyde Park offices. You will supervise staff, train consultants, and ensure efficient processes for tours, applications and moves.

Role schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 9am-6pm with a base salary around $100k plus bonus potential. Background checks and legal work eligibility are required. Join a growing team focused on exceptional resident service in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Fill in as needed for tours, leasing calls, processing applications and all applicable leasing consultant duties.
• Assist with review of applications to ensure the accurate and efficient preparation/processing of all potential resident information.
• Assist staff with customer issues regarding new move ins.
• Assist with monthly work schedule for leasing consultants.
• Maintains, revises and orders leasing office documents.
• Conducts regular inspections of model and vacant units in order to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance and items in need of repair. Prepares work orders as necessary.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
• Supervise Leasing Staff located in our two offices

Position at Mac Properties We are growing our team here at Mac! We are searching for a Leasing Manager to join our sales team here in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. This role is responsible for efficient and consistent operations of the leasing office under the supervision of the Leasing Director.
