Key Responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks translating learning science into curriculum, motivation, and app design guidance.
• Oversee academic execution reviews ensuring alignment and results.
• Synthesize data and observations to identify barriers and propose interventions.
• Drive strategic planning, feedback, and milestone tracking to achieve student learning goals.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high-profile events and with educational authorities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with proven outcomes.
• Experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning.
• Public thought leadership (media, keynotes, publications, advising).
• Strong data interpretation and performance management skills.
• Ability to engage with students, parents, and school leaders.
