This role demands monthly boots-on-ground time in Austin, where you'll decode our secret sauce and architect its national rollout. Program Director Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a scalable educational ecosystem that seamlessly integrates immersive experiences with our 2 Hour Learning methodology, delivering exceptional outcomes across diverse student populations and geographic locations.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated success in scaling ventures from concept to widespread adoption, preferably as a startup founder or growth strategist
• Passionate advocate for innovative education approaches, including eSports integration, game-based learning, and digital-first delivery
• Compelling communicator with proven ability to engage audiences through media, public speaking, and content creation
• Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools for strategic insight and operational efficiency
• US-based with capability to spend approximately one week monthly in Austin

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
