Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 7+ years managing a technical training program.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience designing and accrediting adult education programs.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and performance consulting.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction for Peterson University and development of training programs.
• Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with company priorities.
• Oversee regional training center operations in compliance with RDLC standards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract Technical Trainers.
• Direct development of Technical Trainers and technician training pathways.
• Design and improve non-RDLC and non-technical training programs including safety and leadership.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and translate requirements into curricula.
• Monitor budgets and program outcomes; report ROI.
• Travel up to 30% to Peterson stores and external locations.
