Job summary
Ocean Casino Resort is seeking an Operations Performance Analyst to collaborate with operations, Finance, and HR to model future labor needs and improve customer satisfaction through analytics. You will forecast staffing and analyze labor costs against budgets, reporting to the Director of Operations Analysis.
You will refine labor processes, implement a labor management reporting system, and deliver regular labor-efficiency reports while advising on scheduling and leave management to optimize
Qualifications
- Degree in business, finance, math or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in analytics role and statistical analysis.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Refine payroll and labor-related processes to improve efficiency.
- Implement and analyze labor management reporting system.
- Prepare labor efficiency reports and identify trends.
- Advise on scheduling and leave management to optimize staffing.
- Forecast operating volumes to aid scheduling.
- Review labor efficiency reports with management and adjust schedules.
- Identify cost reduction and revenue growth opportunities.
- Analyze staffing data to ensure proper staffing levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to adjust staffing models.
- Review policies and procedures for improvements.
- Maintain database materials for labor analytics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
