Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Director of Labor and Delivery in Northeast Iowa. This nursing leadership role oversees an Obstetrics service focused on safe, personalized care across labor, birth, recovery, and postpartum experiences.

The Director reports to senior nursing leadership and partners with executives, nursing supervisors, physicians, and operations to drive daily operations, staffing, budgeting, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement while advancing patient
