Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Director of Information Technology to define and own the enterprise technology strategy across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure.

You will lead IT teams handling ERP, applications, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security while guiding modernization and digital initiatives. The role requires 15+ years in IT, ERP leadership, and strong vendor management with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise technology strategy across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure.
• Lead and develop IT teams including applications, ERP, and infrastructure/operations.
• Oversee full lifecycle of ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, and applications.
• Manage major project lifecycles from scope to deployment.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Drive modernization, cloud transformation, and digital initiatives.
• Manage vendors, partners, and technology budgets.
• Establish governance, standards, and security practices.
