Job summary

MicroSurgical Technology, part of Halma PLC, seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead IT operations and drive strategic initiatives in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on securing compliant systems, ERP orchestration, data governance, and cloud adoption across sites.

The candidate will oversee infrastructure, business applications, vendor management, and IT governance while aligning technology with business goals and regulatory requirements such as FDA/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience integrating IT across multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on IT project management, preferably Agile or hybrid.
• Experience with ERP systems, including deployments and consolidations.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO quality standards and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core IT operations, including infrastructure and business systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Maintain secure data management systems and environments.
• Manage deployments, software licensing, and endpoint security.
• Support and enhance IT solutions including ERP, CRM, QMS, and analytics platforms.
• Lead ERP lifecycle management and integration after acquisitions.
• Evaluate vendor contracts and implement best-fit solutions.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards and security awareness training.
