American Cancer Society, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT in the Product & Portfolio Center. This role leads a team of product managers, business analysts, and project managers to align technology delivery with ACS’s strategic priorities and enterprise outcomes.

The position emphasizes governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, with remote work allowed across the United States. PMP/CSPO/SAFe POPM experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT, business, or related field.
PMP/CSPO/SAFe POPM certifications preferred.
8–10 years IT product/program/portfolio mgmt exp.
3+ years leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of product managers, business analysts, and project managers.
Oversee roadmap planning, execution, and delivery of technology products and initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into product vision and governance.
Manage portfolio resources, budgets, and vendor engagements.
Monitor portfolio health, ROI, and alignment to business outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of practices, tools, and governance.
