Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations and/or systems and network engineering, with at least 4 years leading teams.
• Deep hands-on grounding in modern IT infrastructure: identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud collaboration, and enterprise networking.
• Track record of scaling IT operations in a high-growth, multi-office or global environment.
• Security-first judgment and collaboration with security/compliance teams; familiarity with SOC 2, data protection.
• Experience owning budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and day-to-day execution for IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering, including end-user support, endpoint management, identity, collaboration, and network infrastructure.
• Own Harvey's A/V, conference room, and live production technology, leading the Manager, Media Productions and partnering with Comms and Workplace on all-hands and events.
• Lead and grow a team of managers and senior engineers, establish new IT roles as the function scales.
• Set and maintain service-level standards for global IT, ensuring uptime and a high-quality employee experience.
• Drive roadmap for systems and network architecture, including identity lifecycle, SSO/SCIM, and high-availability infra.
• Partner with Security to meet SOC 2, encryption, and data-protection requirements.
• Own IT infrastructure delivery for office buildouts and global expansion with Workplace and vendors.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement in partnership with Finance.
• Establish operational rigor, change control, incident handling, and ITSM practices.
• Create a clear reporting cadence for leadership on IT health, risk, and investment.
