Responsibilities

• Directs one or more major functional areas of a department, a department, or a business unit; manages two or more professional and support staff including subordinate managers.
• Directs the analysis, planning, implementation, and expenditures and budget tracking of major operational projects or initiatives.
• Leads in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize operations and workflows.
• Establishes department policies and procedures and serves as the primary liaison for the department.
